The new design for LifeSpan Fitness is up and running. Designed by RedOlive, the LifeSpan website brings a fresh look to the industry while maintaining classic LifeSpan look and feel. LifeSpan features a variety of Fitness Equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, and an exercise bike that I have my eye on – the R3 Recumbent Bike (looks extremely comfortable).

Fixmyclaim.com, the insuance claim denial website, gets a new nav that is text and div based. Often times, converting to a text based nav will save lines of code and load times significantly. In addition, a text based nav is typically better for the search engine spiders. I say typically because that depends on what you say in the text. Bottom line – You can’t go wrong with faster load times.
